Medication Record Tab

The Medication Record tab displays prescription profiles for the patient. Similar functionality that is performed in Nexxsys can be performed in this tab. Changes made in the Medication Record tab are automatically updated in Nexxsys. This saves time and avoids duplication.

The following can be done in the Medication Record tab:

• Adding Drug Information
• Inactivating Prescriptions
• Adding or Inactivating a DUR
• Checking Drug Interactions
• Pharmaceutical Opinions
